Most bids are lost before anyone sets a price

The corrigendum moved the closing date and nobody saw it.
FixEvery corrigendum on a tender you track reaches its owner the same morning.
Our ISO certificate expired two days before submission.
FixThe document vault warns at 90, 30 and 7 days, and flags the open tenders that need it.
We priced the battery from a year-old quote.
FixEvery BOM line shows where its price came from and when, so stale prices stand out.
We found the perfect tender a day after it closed.
FixPortals are read every morning, and anything that fits is in your inbox by 8 AM.
How it works

One loop from tender notice to result

  1. Find

Portals are checked every morning. Each tender gets a 0 to 100 match score with the reason, and you get one digest email.

  2. Decide

The Business Head assigns an Analyst and an Engineer. Every no-bid needs a reason, so you learn what you keep skipping.

  3. Price and approve

The Engineer builds the BOM line by line with a quote or past PO behind each price. The Business Head approves the final price.

  4. Submit and track

Document checklist, EMD register and key dates, then the status of every bid until the result is out.

Component BOM

Every line carries its price source: a vendor quote, a past PO, a link or your own cost sheet. Lines without a source are flagged before anyone approves the price.

Questions

What bidders ask us first

Which portals does Tenderloop read?

GeM, CPPP, Defence eProcurement and state e-procurement portals to start with. You can also add any buyer or PSU website you want watched every day.

What about portals with a captcha or OTP?

We never bypass them. Tenders from those pages are flagged, and your Analyst opens them with one click.

Who can see our prices?

Only the roles you allow. Engineers see BOM cost, the Business Head sees and approves the final price, and no other company can see anything in your workspace.

Do we have to change how we work?

No. Import your current tender sheet on day one, and your team keeps the same roles it has today.

What does it cost?

Pilots are free. After the pilot there is one monthly price per company, not per user.
